This weeks plant is Laurus nobilis, BAY LAUREL


Can make a tree or feature topiary but inevitably suckers into a fuller shape. Often kept as mobile divider in toughs in Europe. Suits formal or Mediterranean gardens, preferably close to the kitchen for access to the leaves for drying and using in dishes.
