Each week, one lucky family has their backyard transformed from an under-utlilised lifeless space to a stunning outdoor room enriched by the culture and design elements of the country that inspired its creation.
The Outdoor Room not only explains how each garden is created by Jamie and the team, but also educates audiences on the art of cooking with top Australian chefs creating mouth-watering dishes inspired by each country – including Neil Perry’s Thai barbecue chicken, Luke Mangan’s Japanese-style seared tuna, and Tobie Puttock’s Italian porchetta, among others.
